综采工作面复合顶板浅深孔联合注浆加固应用实践

摘要 为实现复合顶板工作面安全高效回采,以5104综采工作面为研究对象,提出超前注浆加固方案维护采面顶板稳定,确保采面回采安全。针对5104综采工作面靠近回风巷侧50 m范围冒顶及片帮问题突出现状,在回风巷内布置浅部、深部注浆钻孔,综合化学浆液、水泥浆液进行联合加固;依据采面现状及工程类比确定注浆参数及钻孔布置方案。现场应用后,5104综采工作面顶板稳定性得以显著提升,采面在注浆加固区内回采时冒顶、片帮基本不会影响采面回采,采面推进速度提升至4.8 m/d。现场实践表明,超前注浆可有效维护复合顶板稳定。 In order to realize safe and efficient mining of composite roof face,taking 5104 fully-mechanized mining face as the research object,advance grouting reinforcement scheme was proposed to maintain the stability of the roof and ensure the safety of mining face.In view of the prominent problems of roof collapse and wall caving in the 50 m range near the side of the return air roadway of 5104 fully-mechanized mining face,shallow and deep grouting holes were arranged in the return air roadway,and chemical grout and cement grout were combined to strengthen the roadway;according to the current situation of mining face and engineering analogy,the grouting parameters and drilling layout scheme were determined.After the field application,the roof stability of 5104 fully-mechanized mining face has been significantly improved,the roof falling and sheet wall will not affect the mining face,and the advancing speed of the mining face has been increased to 4.8 m/d.Field practice showed that advance grouting can effectively maintain the stability of composite roof.
