水力压裂技术在综采工作面坚硬顶板弱化中的应用

摘要 为解决坚硬顶板煤层回采期间矿压现场异常、采空区悬顶面积大以及采空区漏风严重等问题,以4205工作面回采为工程背景,提出将水力压裂技术应用到顶板岩层弱化中。依据4205工作面现场情况,制定水力压裂技术方案并分析工程应用效果。工程应用后,4205工作面端头悬空面积大、漏风严重问题得到较好解决,采面回采期间端头顶板沿走向、倾向最大悬空长度分别为9、6 m,悬空面积在可控范围内,可满足采面安全高效推进需要。 In order to solve the problems such as abnormal mine pressure,large hanging roof area of goaf and serious air leakage in goaf during the mining of hard-roof coal seam,it was proposed to apply hydraulic fracturing technology to the weakening of roof strata based on the engineering background of 4205 working face mining.According to the site situation of 4205 working face,the hydraulic fracturing technology scheme was formulated,and the engineering application effect was analyzed.After engineering application,the problems of large hanging area and serious air leakage at the end of 4205 working face were solved.The maximum hanging length along the strike and inclination of the end roof during the mining face was 9 m and 6 m respectively,and the hanging area was within the controllable range,which can meet the needs of safe and efficient advancing of the mining face.
