摘要
动压影响下巷道断面收缩严重、围岩变形量大,严重制约着巷道正常使用。以南关煤业三采区南西翼运输巷动压影响区修复为工程背景,结合现场地质条件及以往施工经验,对采用的巷道断面修复、支护技术进行分析,并详细给出巷道刷扩、临时支护、永久支护以及围岩喷浆等技术方案。工程应用后,西翼运输巷修复完成28 d后围岩变形基本趋于稳定,其中顶底板、两帮累积变形量分别控制在41、28 mm以内,取得较好的围岩修复效果。
Under the influence of dynamic pressure,the section shrinkage of roadway is serious and the deformation of surrounding rock is large,which seriously restricts the normal use of roadway.Based on the engineering background of the restoration of the dynamic pressure affected area of the transportation roadway in the south west wing of the third mining area of Nanguan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,combined with the site geological conditions and previous construction experience,the roadway section restoration and support technologies adopted were analyzed,and the technical schemes of brush expansion,temporary support,permanent support and surrounding rock shotcrete of the roadway were given in detail.After the engineering application,the surrounding rock deformation of the west wing transportation lane tended to be stable for 28 d after the completion of the restoration,and the cumulative deformation of the roof and floor and the two sides was controlled within 41 mm and 28 mm respectively,which achieves a good effect of surrounding rock restoration.
