摘要
以MG300/730-WD型采煤机为例,在概述其截割部行星机构工作原理的基础上,应用ANSYS有限元软件构建其行星架仿真模型,在软件中导入应力结果文件及载荷谱后自动生成材料S-N曲线;在此基础上展开截割部行星架疲劳寿命预测。最后从调节侧壁厚度、连接板直径等方面对其结构刚度的增强思路展开分析,对行星架工作形变起到较好遏制。分析结果可为此型号采煤机截割部行星机构的良好运行提供借鉴参考。
Taking MG300/730-WD shearer as an example,based on an overview of the working principle of its cutting planetary mechanism,a simulation model of its planetary carrier was constructed using ANSYS finite element software.After importing stress result files and load spectra into the software,the material S-N curve was automatically generated;on this basis,the fatigue life prediction of the truncated planetary carrier was carried out.Finally,an analysis was conducted on the reinforcement ideas of its structural stiffness from the aspects of adjusting the thickness of the side wall and the diameter of the connecting plate,which effectively restrained the deformation of the planetary carrier during operation.The analysis results can provide reference for the good operation of the planetary mechanism in the cutting section of this model of shearer.
