露天矿山爆破作业是安全事故发生频率较高的危险作业。为避免发生重大安全事故,有必要落实爆破施工安全管理方案,消除不安全因素,保障爆破作业有序实施。分析了露天矿山爆破面临的安全困境,针对性地提出了防治措施,并以一露天矿山爆破作业为例,论述爆破施工方案和爆破安全防治措施,以期提高露天矿山爆破施工安全管理水平。

Open-pit mine blasting operation is a dangerous operation with high frequency of safety accidents.In order to avoid major safety accidents,it is necessary to implement the blasting construction safety management plan,eliminate unsafe factors,and ensure the orderly implementation of blasting operations.The safety difficulties faced by open-pit mine blasting were analyzed,the prevention and control measures were put forward,and the blasting construction scheme and blasting safety prevention and control measures were discussed with the example of an open-pit mine blasting operation,in order to improve the safety management level of open-pit mine blasting construction.
