基于BIM+VR技术巷道支护施工培训系统研究

摘要 井工煤矿是中国煤炭生产的主要形式,近年来因施工质量低、施工操作不规范而造成安全事故的案例屡见不鲜。煤巷锚杆的高效及规范化施工已成为制约巷道顶板安全的主要因素。使用BM技术与VR技术方式,通过构建煤矿巷道三维模型,最大程度上掌握巷道支护工程项目的实际情况,详细地分解支护工程锚杆支护器具操作培训流程,以此实现新支护工人培训的立体化和实用性,实现煤矿培训目标。 Well coal mine is the main form of coal production in China.In recent years,there are many cases of safety accidents caused by low construction quality and non-standard construction operation.The efficient and standardized construction of coal roadway bolt has become the main factor restricting the safety of roadway roof.BM technology and VR technology were used to master the actual situation of roadway support engineering projects to the maximum extent through the constructed 3D model of coal mine roadways,and the operation training process of bolt support equipment of support engineering was explained in detail,so as to realize the three-dimensional and practical training of new support workers and realize the real training goal of coal mine.
