城市雨水排出与城市洪涝灾害的防治提升

摘要 针对城市洪涝灾害问题,研究提出了一种结合SWMM与LISFLOOD-FP单向耦合的模型。通过对城市洪涝灾害进行模拟,再对研究区管网系统和泵站进行规划,验证改建方法的合理性与科学性。城市洪涝模型较好地反映了研究区的内涝水位变化。模拟结果表明,研究设计的管网系统改造方案,大幅减少了研究区洪涝危险区的面积,有效提升了研究区的洪涝防治能力。 A unidirectional coupling model combining SWMM and LISFLOOD-FP was proposed to address the issue of urban flood disasters.By simulating urban flood disasters and planning the pipeline network system and pump station in the research area,the rationality and scientificity of the reconstruction method are verified.The urban flood model well reflects the changes in waterlogging water level in the study area.The simulation results indicate that the research and design of the pipeline network system renovation plan has significantly reduced the area of flood risk areas in the study area,effectively improved the flood prevention and control capacity of the study area.
