摘要
结合具体装配车间,分析其现有工艺布局、现状痛点及物流瓶颈问题,介绍工艺布局优化的设计原则,通过物流强度计算方法优化车间工艺布局,结果显示,本次布局优化后,提升了企业生产现场的作业效率,优化了车间物流,同时降低了配送成本。
Combined with the specific assembly workshop,the existing process layout,current pain points and logistics bottlenecks were analyzed,the design principles of process layout optimization were introduced,and the process layout of the workshop was optimized by the logistics intensity calculation method.The results showed that the optimization of the layout improved the operation efficiency of the production site of the enterprise,optimized the workshop logistics,and reduced the distribution cost.
