摘要
以北京大兴国际机场大截面复杂劲性混凝土结构施工为题,论文应用BIM深化模型和仿真模拟手段,重点分析大截面劲钢梁因主配筋密、作业空间狭小导致的安装难,梁柱节点处型钢和钢筋穿插避让难,梁柱箍筋及拉钩连接难等重难点问题。通过多方案比选和设计优化,解决了大截面复杂劲性混凝土结构钢骨架的施工难题,在保障工程质量的同时,提高了作业效率。
This article takes the construction of large-section complex rigid concrete structure in Beijing Daxing International Airport as the research object,this paper applies BIM deepening model and simulation methods to analyze the major and difficult problems caused by dense main reinforcement and narrow working space,such as the difficulty of installation,the difficulty of inserting steel and rebar at the joint of the beam and column,and the difficulty of connecting the stirrup and hook of the beam and column.Through multi-scheme comparison and design optimization,the construction problem of steel skeleton of large-section complex rigid concrete structure is solved,and the working efficiency is improved while the project quality is guaranteed.
