摘要
针对目前建筑施工进度控制存在的工期延误、成本较高等问题,结合工程案例,通过决策实验室分析方法,构建一种建筑施工进度多目标控制管理模型。分析结果表明:项目施工进度主要影响要素包括生产规模、产能、运输、装配作业的熟练程度等,同时,该方法能够在工期固定的条件下很好地控制项目成本,使施工进度控制目标更具科学性和合理性。
In response to the current problems of project delay and high cost in construction progress control,this paper combining with a engineering case,through the decision laboratory analysis method,constructs a multi-objective control management model for construction progress.The analysis results show that the main influencing factors of project construction progress include production scale,capacity,transportation,and proficiency in assembly operations.At the same time,the research method can effectively control project costs under fixed project duration conditions,making the construction progress control objectives more scientific and reasonable.
