Study on Budget Execution Control of Government Investment Projects

批复概算是控制政府总投资的依据,具有很好的控制能力,但在实际工作中,却存在不同程度超概问题。论文在分析目前政府投资项目概算控制存在问题的基础上,就如何加强政府投资项目概算执行控制提出应对措施。

The approved budget is the basis for controlling government investment.Budget estimation has good control ability,but in practice,the problem of exceeding the budget has always been a problem for government investment control.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the budget control of government investment projects,this paper proposes countermeasures on how to strengthen the execution control of government investment project budgets.
