对建筑施工过程中的质量控制与管理措施及路径进行研究,针对建筑施工过程质量控制与管理的体系、要点、保障提出3点建议。其中,针对体系提出组建专项质管小组、制定严谨规章制度两点建议,针对要点提出做好工序质控与交接检查、做好设备材料及配套管理两点建议,针对保障提出做好施工过程质量检测、做好施工过程技术保证两点建议。

This paper studies the quality control and management measures and paths in the construction process.Three suggestions are proposed for the system,key points,and guarantee of quality control and management in the construction process.Among them,two suggestions are proposed for establishing a special quality management team and formulating strict rules and regulations for the system.Two suggestions are proposed for improving process quality control and handover inspection,as well as managing equipment,materials,and supporting facilities.Two suggestions are proposed for ensuring the quality of the construction process and ensuring the technical assurance of the construction process.
