大直径盾构隧道下穿高铁桥梁工程全过程风险管理机制研究

摘要 盾构隧道下穿高铁桥梁工程安全控制要求高,社会影响面大,在下穿工程的安全控制过程中,牵涉单位较多,需要新建隧道设计、施工、监理和铁路运营部门等相关单位的密切协作。由于工程风险因素存在于工程实施的各个阶段,因此,须建立一套完整贯穿工程项目全过程的全方位风险管理体系。论文通过分析工程现状与全过程风险,提出了合理的技术管理和风险管理方法,以保障工程的安全和质量。 Shield tunnel underpass operation of high-speed railway bridge engineering safety control requirements are high,the social impact is large,underpass project safety control process,involves a lot of units,close collaboration is needed between the design,construction,supervision and railway operation departments of new tunnels.Due to the existence of engineering risk factors in various stages of project implementation,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive risk management system that runs through the entire process of the project.This article analyzes the current situation of engineering and the risks throughout the entire process,and proposes reasonable technical and risk management methods to ensure the safety and quality of the project.
