In the environment of the digital era,the rapid development of science and technology to people's lives and production has brought about great changes in the transmission of radio and television signals are also comprehensively tending to digitalization.In order to ensure the stability and clarity of signal transmission,as soon as possible to adapt to new technologies,new equipment compatibility and sharing,the station upgraded all kinds of new digital equipment.However,after the new equipment is put into use,the related professional and technical level of the staff also puts forward higher requirements,and at the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the timeliness,practicability and effectiveness of the technical training and rehearsal.
