摘要
网络货运模式是“互联网+物流”理念下的一种全新的货物运输模式,网络货运企业可以无运输工具,通过整合托运方与实际承运方的信息,高效、安全地满足运输需求。网络货运行业在我国处于发展阶段,仍然存在各种风险。该文通过分析网络货运平台企业运营现状,结合货物运输过程,将风险总结为经营环境风险、实际承运人风险、托运人风险、货物运输风险4大类并细分出11项风险因素,运用层次分析法分析出各因素的风险性,并提出规避风险的措施,旨在为网络货运平台企业的运营风险管理提供参考。
The network freight transport mode is a new freight transport mode under the concept of"Internet plus+Logistics".The network freight transport enterprises can have no means of transport,and meet the transport needs efficiently and safely by integrating the information of the shipper and the actual carrier.The online freight industry in China is still in its developmental stage and faces various risks.This article analyzes the current operation status of network freight platform enterprises and summarizes the risks into four categories:business environment risks,actual carrier risks,shipper risks,and cargo transportation risks,combined with the process of cargo transportation.11 risk factors are subdivided and analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the risks of each factor.Measures to avoid risks are proposed,aiming to provide reference for the operational risk management of network freight platform enterprises.
