摘要
随着互联网和人工智能技术的快速发展,大量的信息资源通过网络平台变得易于获取,教师的角色不再是简单的知识传播者,而是从直接传授知识转变为指导学生如何高效地使用资源,从而促进学生自主学习能力的提升。可以说,在人工智能时代,高职教师角色转变与能力提升是对传统教学理念与模式审视和重构的过程,该过程可以让高职教师适应教育技术的进步,促进职业教育目标的实现。文章以人工智能时代高职教师角色转变与能力提升为主要研究对象,首先分析了人工智能时代高职教师角色转变的现实困境,然后针对困境提出了高职教师能力提升的方法策略,以期能够为高职教师在人工智能时代的角色定位提供理论参考,并为高职教师适应新时代教育环境提供方法借鉴。
With the rapid development of the Internet and artificial intelligence technology,a large number of information resources become easy to access through the network platform.The role of teachers is no longer a simple knowledge transmitter,but to guide students how to use resources efficiently instead of directly imparting knowledge,thereby promoting the improvement of students'independent learning ability.It can be said that in the era of artificial intelligence,the role transformation and ability enhancement of vocational college teachers are a process of examining and reconstructing traditional teaching concepts and models.These processes can enable vocational college teachers to adapt to the progress of educational technology and promote the achievement of vocational education goals.The article focuses on the role transformation and ability enhancement of vocational college teachers in the era of artificial intelligence.Firstly,it analyzes the practical difficulties of the role transformation of vocational college teachers in the era of artificial intelligence.Then,it proposes methods and strategies for improving the abilities of vocational college teachers in response to these difficulties,in order to provide theoretical reference for the role positioning of vocational college teachers in the era of artificial intelligence and provide methodological references for vocational college teachers to adapt to the new educational environment in the new era.
