摘要
技术与艺术均起源于人类劳动,两者的发展受到人的意识的支配并影响着人的职业精神的形成。工匠精神是工匠在实践活动中基于“视技术为艺术”而形成的技术革新意识及群体价值观在职业伦理上的反映。从技术生成到艺术生成的源起过程当中探究技术起源、艺术起源及工匠精神内涵中的技术与艺术之关系,梳理得出“人—技—艺”的融合推动工匠精神的形成机理;从技术表达到艺术表达的塑造过程当中解析工匠精神对于促进人的全面发展、推进社会的协调发展及推动经济的创新发展的价值意蕴;从技术教育到艺术教育的融合过程当中通过采取加强通识教育、拓展教学形式、深化产教融合、建构学校文化等方式健全职业院校学生工匠精神的培育路径。
Both technology and art originate from human labor.Their development is governed by human consciousness and influences the formation of professional spirit.The craftsman spirit is a reflection of technological innovation awareness and group values in professional ethics,formed by craftsmen in practical activities based on “viewing technology as art.” This study explores the relationship between technology and art in the origins of technology,art,and the connotations of craftsman spirit,from the initial process of technological generation to artistic creation.We have identified that the integration of “human-technique-art” drives the formation mechanism of the craftsman spirit.By analyzing the shaping process from technological expression to artistic expression,we interpret the value implications of the craftsman spirit in promoting comprehensive human development,advancing coordinated social development,and driving innovative economic development.Through the integration process of technical education and art education,we propose ways to improve the cultivation of craftsman spirit among vocational school students.These methods include strengthening general education,expanding teaching forms,deepening the integration of production and education,and constructing school culture.
