摘要
采用溶剂热法在碳纸上制备一种导电MOF Ni_(3)(HITP)2纳米片.通过扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱等表征所制备的Ni_(3)(HITP)2形貌和晶体结构.基于其兼具导电性和多孔性的优势,将生长在碳纸上的Ni_(3)(HITP)2作为工作电极构建电化学传感器,并首次用于多巴胺检测.结果表明,传感器对多巴胺检测的线性范围在10~300μmol·L^(-1),检出限为0.025μmol·L^(-1),灵敏度为1.6μA·μmoL·^(-1)·cm^(-2),并具有良好的重复性和再现性.
A conductive MOF Ni_(3)(HITP)2 nanosheet was prepared on carbon paper using solvothermal method.The morphology and crystal structure of the prepared Ni_(3)(HITP)2 were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Based on its advantages of both conductivity and porosity,Ni_(3)(HITP)2 grown on carbon paper was used as the working electrode to construct an electrochemical sensor,which was used for dopamine detection.The results showed that the linear range of dopamine detection by the sensor was between 10~300μmol·L^(-1),with a detection limit of 0.025μmol·L^(-1),a sensitivity of 1.6μA·μmol·L^(-1)·cm^(-2),and good repeatability and reproducibility.
