两岸融合发展背景下台湾地区选后两岸青年交流研究

Research on Cross-Straits Youth Exchange after Taiwan's region Elections under the Background of Cross-Straits Integration Development

自1987年两岸人员往来大门开启,两岸青年交流已经走过破冰期,目前正处于走向深水区的过渡阶段。2024年台湾地区“大选”后两岸青年群体将在两岸交流中扮演越来越重要的角色:台湾地区青年群体在选后岛内政治版图演变中的影响力将日趋上升;支持两岸青年交流的岛内社会民意中枢也在形成中;两岸青年群体将在缩小两岸认知差异中发挥越来越大的作用。对近二十年两岸青年交流经验进行梳理,本文归纳出在校学生型交流、职场青年型交流、公共平台型交流、新媒体网络型交流四种类型,分析了四种类型青年交流的特征及其存在的问题。最后,从五个方面提出推动两岸青年交流从浅层走向深层的路径思考。

Since the opening of the door for personnel exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait in 1987,it has passed the ice breaking period and is in the transitional stage towards deeper waters at present.After the 2024 Taiwan region elections,the youth exchange on both sides of the Taiwan Strait will play an increasingly important role in cross-Straits exchanges:The influence of Taiwan region youth groups in the evolution of the island's political map after the elections will increase day by day;The island's social public opinion center supporting cross-Straits youth exchanges is also taking shape;Youth groups on both sides of the straits will play an increasingly important role in narrowing the cognitive diferences between the two sides.This paper sorts out the experience of cross-Straits youth exchanges in the past two decades,and concludes four types of exchanges:student-oriented exchanges,workplace youth-young employee oriented exchanges,public platform exchanges and new media network exchanges,analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of four types of youth exchanges.Finally,it puts forward the path thinking of promoting cross-Straits youth exchanges from shallow to deep from five aspects.
