全球产业链重构背景下推动两岸产业融合发展动力及路径分析

当前两岸产业融合发展面临复杂的外部环境,美国拉拢包括中国台湾在内的所谓盟友,谋求产业链“去中国化”,两岸产业合作呈现一定的背离趋势。为此要构筑两岸产业融合发展新动能,从降低台湾当局的政治掣肘以及培育两岸间市场向心力两个方面着力,推动两岸经济及产业的融合发展。从推进路径看,在国际层面要破除封锁,构建以我为主的全球产业链网络;在国内层面要强化内功,构建国家产业链内循环体系;在两岸层面要铸就对台新优势,构建全方位对台经济融吸政策。

At present,the integrated development of industries across the Taiwan Straits is facing a complex external environment.The United States has drawn in so-called Allies including Taiwan and sought to"de-Sinicize"the industrial chain,and the industrial cooperation across the Taiwan Straits has shown a certain trend of deviation.It is necessary to build new driving forces for the integrated development of industries across the Taiwan Strait,and focus on reducing the political constraints of the Taiwan authorities and cultivating the market centripetal force between the two sides,so as to promote the integrated development of the cross-Straits economy and industries.At the international level,we should break the blockade and build a global industrial chain network with ourselves as the main.At the domestic level,we should strengthen the internal work and build the circulation system of the national industrial chain.At the cross-Straits level,we should create new advantages for Taiwan and build a comprehensive policy of economic integration with Taiwan.
