长期以来,两岸经济发展保持着高度的融合性,依托互相所具备的资源禀赋,实现了产业上下游分工体系的构建,共同承载了产业发展的关键期。当前,内地方面对海峡两岸融合发展提出新要求,我们应在梳理海峡两岸产业发展历史演变的基础上,充分认识推动海峡两岸产业融合的时代特征,以党和国家战略决策为指针,明确推动海峡两岸产业融合发展的关键任务,并制定出具体的产业融合发展新路径,以创新链带动海峡两岸产业链走向深度融合,构建两岸融合发展示范区,为两岸的美好未来注入动力。

For a long time,the economic development of both sides of the Taiwan Straits has maintained a high degree of integration,relying on the resources endowed by each other to achieve the construction of a division of labor system for the upstream and downstream industries,and jointly carrying the key period of industrial development.At present,China has put forward new requirements for the integrated development of both sides of the Taiwan Straits.We should fully understand the characteristics of the era in promoting the integration of industries on both sides of the Taiwan Straits on the basis of reviewing the historical evolution of industrial development on both sides of the Taiwan Straits.We should take the strategic decisions of the party and the country as the guide,clarify the key tasks for promoting the integrated development of industries on both sides of the Taiwan Straits,and formulate specific new paths for industrial integration and development.We should drive the industrial chain on both sides of the Taiwan Straits towards deep integration with innovation chains,build a demonstration area for integrated development on both sides of the Taiwan Straits,and inject impetus into a bright future for both sides.
