摘要
目的对3种百部在我国潜在分布的区域进行预测,为3种百部栽培选址提供参考依据,从而降低百部药材在种植区域选择时的混乱问题。方法分别将130条对叶百部地理分布信息、52条蔓生百部地理分布信息、52条直立百部地理分布信息与91个环境因子及3个地形因子相结合,利用最大熵(MaxEnt)模型和地理信息系统软件ArcGIS10.2分别对3种百部的潜在分布区进行预测。结果对叶百部主要分布于南方各省,主要包括四川东部、重庆西部、广东东部、福建西南部、台湾地区、海南、云南南部及贵州、广西、云南三省交界处,高适生区面积约为293983 km^(2),中适生区面积约为519667 km^(2)。蔓生百部主要分布于长江中下游平原地区,主要包括浙江西北部和东部、江西北部、湖北东部、安徽南部、江苏南部及福建北部,高适生区面积约为140320 km^(2),中适生区面积约为188752 km^(2)。直立百部主要分布于华北平原,主要包括湖北东北部、河南南部、安徽中部、江苏西部及山东中部,高适生区面积约为198568 km^(2),中适生区面积约为198626 km^(2)。结论本研究结果对于3种百部开展规范化种植具有重要的指导意义,也为种植百部提供参考依据。
Objective To predict the potential distribution areas of three kinds of Stemonae Radix in China;To provide reference for the cultivation site selection of three kinds of Stemonae Radix;To reduce the confusion of Stemonae Radix medicinal materials in the selection of planting areas.Methods Totally 130 pieces of geographical distribution information of Stemona tuberosa Lour.,52 pieces of geographical distribution information of Stemona japonica(Bl.)Miq.,and 52 pieces of geographical distribution information of Stemona sessilifolia(Miq.)Miq.were combined with 91 environmental variables and 3 topographic factors.The maximum entropy(MaxEnt)model and geographic information system software ArcGIS 10.2 were used to predict the potential distribution areas of the three kinds of Stemonae Radix.Results Stemona tuberosa Lour.is mainly distributed in the southern provinces,including eastern Sichuan,western Chongqing,eastern Guangdong,southwestern Fujian,Taiwan region ,Hainan,southern Yunnan and the junction of Guizhou,Guangxi and Yunnan provinces.The high suitable area is about 293983 km^(2),and the medium suitable area is about 519667 km^(2).Stemona japonica(Bl.)Miq.is mainly distributed in the plain area of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,including northwestern and eastern Zhejiang,northern Jiangxi,eastern Hubei,southern Anhui,southern Jiangsu and northern Fujian.The high suitable area is about 140320 km^(2),and the medium suitable area is about 188752 km^(2).Stemona sessilifolia(Miq.)Miq.is mainly distributed in the North China Plain,including northeastern Hubei,southern Henan,central Anhui,western Jiangsu and central Shandong.The high suitable area is about 198568 km^(2),and the medium suitable area is about 198626 km^(2).Conclusion The results have important guiding significance for the standardized cultivation of three kinds of Stemonae Radix,and also provide reference for the cultivation of Stemonae Radix.
