腹膜透析患者肌少症影响因素的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of influencing factors of sarcopenia in peritoneal dialysis patients

目的明确腹膜透析(peritoneal dialysis,PD)患者肌少症的影响因素,为医护人员早期识别提供依据。方法检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、知网、万方等中英文数据库,时限自建库至2024年6月。2名研究者独立进行文献纳排、评价与数据提取,采用RevMan5.4软件进行影响因素的Meta分析。结果纳入12篇文献,其中高龄、透析龄长、低BMI、营养不良、低相位角和高CRP是PD患者肌少症的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论医护人员应针对PD患者肌少症的影响因素进行重点筛查和个体化干预,预防肌少症的发生或加重,以提高患者生活质量。

Objective To identify the influencing factors of sarcopenia in peritoneal dialysis(PD)patients,and to provide evidence for early identification of medical staff.Methods PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang and other Chinese and English databases were searched from the establishment of the database to June 2024.Two researchers independently conducted literature review,evaluation and data extraction,and meta-analysis of influencing factors was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 12 articles were included,among which advanced age,long dialysis age,low BMI,malnutrition,low phase angle and high CRP were risk factors for sarcopenia in PD patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion Medical staff should focus on screening and individualized intervention for the influencing factors of sarcopenia in PD patients to prevent the occurrence or aggravation of sarcopenia and improve the quality of life of patients.
