肺癌患者生命意义感研究的范围综述

Meaning in life of lung cancer patients:a scoping review

目的了解国内外对肺癌患者生命意义感相关研究的情况,为该领域的研究提供参考。方法依据范围综述研究范式,检索PubMed、Embase、EBSCO、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、SinoMed、中国知网、万方数据库、维普网有关肺癌患者生命意义感的文献,检索时限为建库至2024年5月15日,并对纳入文献进行分析和讨论。结果共纳入26篇文献,其中包括12篇横断面研究、6篇干预研究、3篇质性研究、2篇混合性研究、2篇个案护理、1篇纵向研究。结果显示,肺癌患者生命意义感处于中低水平;共使用了8种评估工具;肺癌患者生命意义的影响因素包括社会人口学因素、疾病治疗因素、心理及行为因素和其他社会因素;干预措施包括叙事护理、生命意义疗法、多学科协作等。结论国内对肺癌患者生命意义感认知不足,有待进一步提高,缺乏本土化特异性评估量表,影响因素复杂多样,地区偏倚高且缺乏个性化深度研究。未来应拓展该领域相关研究,为临床实践提供指导。

Objective To review the research on the meaning in life of lung cancer patients at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for future research in this field.Methods Based on the framework of Arksey and O Malley s scoping review methodology,PubMed,Embase,EBSCO,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP databases were searched for articles on the meaning in life of lung cancer patients.The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to May 15,2024,and the included literature was analyzed and discussed.Results A total of 26 studies were included,including 12 cross-sectional studies,6 intervention studies,3 qualitative studies,2 mixed studies,2 case nursing studies and 1 longitudinal study.The results showed that the meaning in life of lung cancer patients was at a medium to low level.Using the eight kinds of assessment tools;the influencing factors included social demographic factors,disease treatment factors,psychological and behavioral factors and other social factors.Interventions included narrative nursing,logotherapy,multidisciplinary collaboration and so on.Conclusion In China,there is insufficient understanding of the meaning in life in lung cancer patients,and their sense of life is at a relatively low level.There is a lack of localized specific scales,complex and diverse influencing factors,single research types,and a lack of personalized in-depth research.In the future,relevant research in this field should be enriched to provide guidance for clinical practice.
