Research status of pusher syndrome after stroke

脑卒中后Pusher综合征是脑卒中后常见的一种姿势障碍,严重影响了脑卒中患者的平衡能力,增加了跌倒的风险,影响康复效果。本文主要介绍了目前国内外Pusher综合征的研究现状,主要包括Pusher综合征的概念、发病机制、常见临床表现、评价方法和康复方法。通过这些分析发现,目前国内对于脑卒中后Pusher综合征的研究并不多,对于本病的发病机制和一些评估方法关注度不够。因此在未来的研究中应对Pusher综合征的发病部位和发病机制多加关注,以使患者得到更好的治疗和康复,同时还需要对康复方法、评价工具等进行大量多中心和大样本的深入研究,开发一些与计算机或虚拟现实等智能技术相结合的康复治疗方法,早期识别Pusher综合征,分析Pusher综合征患者的情况,帮助患者减轻痛苦,促进康复。

At present,the number of patients with stroke is still high.Pusher syndrome(PS)is a common postural disorder after stroke,which seriously affects the balance ability of stroke patients,increases the risk of falling,and affects the rehabilitation of patients.This article mainly introduces the current research status of PS at home and abroad,including the concept of PS,pathogenesis,common clinical manifestations,evaluation indicators and some rehabilitation methods.Through these analyses,it is found that there are not many researches on post-stroke PS in China,and the pathogenesis and some evaluation methods of this disease are not paid enough attention.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of Pusher syndrome in future studies,so as to better treatment and rehabilitation of patients.At the same time,a large number of multi-center and large-sample studies are needed to conduct in-depth research on rehabilitation methods and evaluation tools,and develop some rehabilitation and treatment methods combined with emerging technologies such as computer or virtual reality,so as to identify PS early.Specific analysis of the situation of PS patients,to provide patients with efficient rehabilitation methods,to help patients reduce pain,promote the recovery of patients.
