集束化护理对预防血液病化疗患者PICC导管并发症的应用研究

目的探讨血液病患者实施集束化护理管理在预防PICC导管并发症中起到的作用。方法从2023年12月至2024年5月入我院就诊的血液病化疗患者中选择符合本次研究纳入条件的患者110例,按照护理管理方式的不同将其均分为干预组和对照组。对干预组的患者实施集束化护理管理,对照组患者实施常规的基础护理管理,收集两组患者出现PICC并发症的情况,对比两组患者发生感染、静脉炎、血栓、堵管、脱管的情况,以及患者对植入PICC导管相关问题做的满意度调查情况。结果对比两组患者PICC导管结果显示干预组并发感染、静脉炎、血栓、堵管、脱管的比例低于对照组,干预组患者的满意度评分更高,两组数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对血液病患者实施集束化护理管理能够有效降低植入PICC导管并发症的发生,保障化疗周期顺利进行,使患者得到最佳的治疗效果,也提升了治疗和护理的满意度。

Objective To explore the role of cluster care management for patients in preventing PICC catheter complications.Methods Among the hospitalized patients from December 2023 to May 2024,110 patients eligible for this study were selected,and equally divided into the intervention group and the control group according to different nursing management methods.The intervention group of patients in the cluster nursing management,the control group of patients in routine basic nursing management,the collection of PICC complications between the two groups of patients,compared with the infection,phlebitis,thrombosis,tube blocking,tube,and the patient satisfaction survey on the problems related to the implanted PICC catheter.Results The comparison of the two groups showed that the rates of concurrent infection,phlebitis,thrombosis,blockage,and catheterization in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction score of patients in the intervention group was higher,and the difference between the two groups was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cluster care management for blood disease patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of PICC catheter complications,ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy cycle,make the patients get the best treatment effect,and also improve the satisfaction of treatment and nursing.
