人工智能在中医证候指标中的应用与发展

摘要 中医证候指标是中医药理论体系的核心部分,也是临床辨证的关键环节。随着人工智能在中医领域的迅速发展,中医证候指标的智能化研究也逐渐被研究人员所重视,且相关研究的数量呈现稳步增长的趋势。在“病证结合”“辨证论治”等中医理念框架下,充分探究了人工智能在中医证候指标中的发展现状,还深入解析了人工智能助力中医核心证候指标的研发和构建过程中的相关技术。目前人工智能在中医证候指标领域的研究处在快速发展阶段,但仍面临中医证候的差异性、人工智能技术无法充分结合中医理念和中医证候的领域知识不足等挑战。针对中医证候指标在疾病病情智能化应用、中医药智能辨证诊断、方药预测的智能应用、西医指标的智能化应用等现状进行梳理。本研究深入探究人工智能助力中医核心指标集(COS-TCM)中医证候指标方法学发展,人工智能技术需要与中医证候指标持续协同发展,深入融合中医特色辨证思维,推进中医药现代化和智能化进程。 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome outcomes are a core part of the theoretical system of TCM and a key element in clinical syndrome differentiation.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)in the field of TCM,research on the intelligentization of these outcomes has increasingly attracted attention,showing a steady growth in related studies.Within the framework of TCM concepts like“disease combined with syndrome”and“syndrome differentiation and treatment”,this study thoroughly explores the current status of AI in TCM syndrome outcomes and analyzes the relevant technologies involved in the development and construction of core TCM syndrome outcomes.Currently,research on AI in TCM syndrome outcomes is progressing rapidly but still faces challenges,such as the variability of TCM syndromes,failure of AI technologies in fully integrating TCM concepts,and the inadequacy of domain knowledge of TCM syndromes.This study reviews the current state of intelligent application of TCM syndrome outcomes in disease condition assessment,TCM intelligent diagnostic methods based on syndrome differentiation,intelligent applications of prescription prediction,and the intelligent application of Western medicine outcomes,and delves into the methodological development of core outcome sets of TCM(COS-TCM)with the support of AI,emphasizing the need for ongoing collaboration between AI technology and TCM syndrome outcomes to deepen the integration of TCM′s unique syndrome differentiation thinking,thereby promoting the modernization and intelligentization of TCM.
