基于OBE理念的中医儿科学本科教学案例库应用初探

Investigation on the application of case library for undergraduate teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine based on OBE concept

成果导向教育(OBE)是以学生学习成果为导向的教育理念。落实在中医儿科学的教学中,就是要时时注重中医院校本科生的培养目标成果,以最终要达到的理论和临床能力为落脚点。同时,发挥案例教学的优势,在课堂教学及临床实习中以经典案例为载体,启发学生思考,熟练掌握理法方药。课题研究以此为出发点,基于OBE理念建立中医儿科学本科教学案例库,并细化案例导学方案,目的是实现教学目标成果,评估学习效果。真正使学生能够学以致用,将理论与实践有效结合,达到理想的教学目的。

Outcome based education(OBE)is an educational concept that is oriented to students’learning achievements.In the teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is necessary to always pay attention to the training objectives and achievements of undergraduates in colleges and universities of TCM,and take the ultimate theoretical and clinical ability as the foothold.At the same time,leveraging the advantages of case teaching,and use classic cases as carriers in classroom teaching and clinical internships to inspire students to think and proficiently master principle-method-recipe-medicines.Taking this as a starting point,this research establishes a case library for undergraduate teaching of pediatrics of TCM based on OBE concept,and refines the case-based learning guidance scheme,with the aim of achieving the teaching objectives and evaluating the learning effect.Students are really enabled to apply what they have learned,effectively combine theory with practice,and achieve the ideal teaching objectives.
