白柏胶囊联合米非司酮预防药物流产后子宫出血的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of Baibai capsule combined with mifepristone in preventing uterine bleeding after medical abortion

目的 观察白柏胶囊联合米非司酮预防药物流产后子宫出血的临床效果。方法 选择2020年6—10月就诊于海军军医大学第一附属医院妇产科计划生育门诊拟行药物流产的150例患者按照随机数表法分为常规治疗组(米非司酮联合米索前列醇)、对照组(常规治疗基础上加用米非司酮)、试验组(常规治疗基础上加用白柏胶囊和米非司酮),每组各50例。比较三组患者药物流产后子宫出血持续时间、血红蛋白下降程度、不全药物流产发生率、患者不良症状发生及焦虑评分的差异。结果 与常规治疗组比较,试验组患者药物流产后子宫出血持续时间明显缩短、血红蛋白下降程度明显减少、不全药物流产发生率显著下降(P <0.05);与对照组比较,试验组患者药物流产后出血时间进一步缩短、下腹坠痛和腰膝酸软不良症状发生率及焦虑评分均显著降低(P <0.05)。结论 白柏胶囊联合米非司酮可有效预防患者药物流产后子宫出血、降低不全药物流产发生率并减少患者下腹坠痛、腰膝酸软不良症状的发生,缓解患者焦虑状态,具有良好的临床应用前景。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Baibai capsule combined with mifepristone in preventing uterine bleeding after medical abortion.Methods A total of 150 patients of planned medical abortion admitted to the family planning clinic of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from June to October 2020 were divided into the conventional treatment group(treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol),the control group(treated with mifepristone on the basis of conventional treatment)and the experimental group(treated with Baibai capsule and mifepristone on the basis of conventional treatment)according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Compare the differences in the duration of uterine bleeding,the decrease degree of hemoglobin,the incidence of incomplete medical abortion,the incidence of adverse symptoms and the anxiety score among three groups of patients after medical abortion.Results Compared with the conventional treatment group,the duration of uterine bleeding,the decrease degree of hemoglobin and the incidence of incomplete abortion of patients in the experimental group after medical abortion were obviously decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the duration of bleeding of patients in the experimental group was further shortened after medical abortion,the incidence of lower abdominal pain,soreness and weakness of waist and knees and anxiety score of patients in the experimental group were all obviously decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Baibai capsule combined with mifepristone can effectively prevent uterine bleeding after medical abortion,reduce the incidence of incomplete medical abortion,reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms such as lower abdominal pain and soreness and weakness of waist and knees,and relieve patients’anxiety,which has a good clinical application prospect.
