喉罩通气全身麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果探讨

Exploration of the Application Effect of Laryngeal Mask Ventilation Gen⁃eral Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的 探究喉罩通气全身麻醉用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的麻醉效果与安全性。方法 非随机选取2021年1月—2023年11月江苏省宜兴市徐舍医院收治的86例胆囊结石伴胆囊炎患者为研究对象,患者均进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,根据麻醉方法分为两组,每组43例。对照组予以气管插管全麻,观察组予以喉罩通气全麻。比较两组心率、平均动脉压、并发生发生率。结果 观察组建立气腹后和拔管时的心率、平均动脉压优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为11.63%(5/43),低于对照组32.56%(14/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.472,P<0.05)。结论 喉罩通气全身麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者具有较好的麻醉作用,可保证术中患者心率和平均动脉压指标相对稳定,减少并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the anesthetic effect and safety of laryngeal mask ventilation for general anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Eighty-six patients with gallbladder stones accompa-nied by cholecystitis admitted to Xushe Hospital in Yixing City,Jiangsu Province,were non-randomly selected as the study subjects from January 2021 to November 2023,and the patients were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and were divided into two groups according to the anesthesia methods,with fory-three cases in each group.The con-trol group was subjected to general anesthesia by tracheal intubation,and the observation group was subjected to gen-eral anesthesia by laryngeal mask ventilation.Heart rate,mean arterial pressure,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group after es-tablishing pneumoperitoneum and at the time of extubation were better than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication total rate of the observation group was 11.63%(5/43),which was lower than 32.56%(14/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.472,P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngeal mask ventilation general anesthesia has a better anesthetic effect on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,which can ensure the relative stability of heart rate and mean arterial pres-sure indexes of the patients during the operation,and reduce the complication rate.
