双歧杆菌三联活菌结合化疗对老年结肠癌根治术患者细胞因子水平的影响

Effect of Bifidobacterium Combined Chemotherapy on Cytokine Levels in Elderly Patients Undergoing Radical Resection of Colon Cancer

目的 分析双歧杆菌三联活菌结合化疗对老年结肠癌根治术患者细胞因子水平的影响。方法 非随机选取2022年3月—2023年3月于中山市人民医院肿瘤内科行结肠癌根治术的60例老年患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分组,每组30例。对照组术后行奥沙利铂复合卡培他滨化疗方案,研究组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,对比两组治疗前后炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前,两组患者炎性因子水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,两组炎性因子水平均较治疗前改善,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应率为3.33%(1/30),低于对照组的20.00%(6/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。结论 双歧杆菌三联活菌辅助化疗用于老年结肠癌术后患者,有助于增强患者身体免疫力,且不良反应少。

Objective To analyze the effect of bifidobacteria triplex bacteria combined with chemotherapy on cytokine levels in elderly patients undergoing radical resection of colon cancer.Methods A total of sixty elderly patients who underwent radical resection of colon cancer in the Department of Oncology of Zhongshan People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into thirty patients in each group according to different treatment methods.The control group received oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine chemotherapy after surgery,and the research group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable enteric-coated capsules on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors and the occurrence of ad-verse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors between two groups(all P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the research group were superior to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The ad-verse reaction rate of the research group was 3.33%(1/30),which was lower than 20.00%(6/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacteria triple live bacteria adju-vant chemotherapy in elderly patients with colon cancer after surgery can help to enhance the body immunity of pa-tients with less adverse reactions.
