内镜下黏膜切除术对胃肠道息肉患者红细胞免疫功能及预后的影响

The Impacts of Endoscopic Mucosal Resection on the Red Blood Cell Im⁃mune Function and Surgical Prognosis for Gastrointestinal Tract Polyp Pa⁃tients

目的 分析胃肠道息肉予以内镜下黏膜切除术对其预后和红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 非随机选取2022年4月—2023年2月哈尔滨嘉润医院收治的82例胃肠道息肉患者为研究对象,根据不同手术方法分为对照组和研究组,各41例,研究组予以内镜下黏膜切除术疗法,对照组予以内镜下电切除术疗法,分析两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、术前24 h和术后24 h的红细胞免疫功能指标变化。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为97.56%(40/41),高于对照组的78.05%(32/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.289,P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前24 h两组红细胞免疫功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);术后24 h研究组红细胞免疫功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 胃肠道息肉予以内镜下黏膜切除术治疗更安全有效,对于红细胞的免疫功能影响较小。

Objective To analyze the impacts of endoscopic mucosal resection on the surgical prognosis and red blood cell immune function for gastrointestinal tract polyp patients.Methods A total of eighty-two patients with gastrointes-tinal polyps admitted to Jiarong Hospital in Harbin from April 2022 to February 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with forty-one cases in each group.The study group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection,while the control group was treated with endoscopic electroresection.The therapeutic effect,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the changes of red cell immune function indexes 24 h before and 24 h after surgery were analyzed.Results The total effec-tive rate of the study group was 97.56%(40/41),which was higher than 78.05%(32/41)of the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.289,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24 h before surgery,there were no sig-nificant difference in erythrocyte immune function between the two groups(all P>0.05);24 h after operation,the in-dexes of erythrocyte immune functions in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The endoscopic mucosal resection can increase the surgi-cal safety and produce less impact on the red blood cell immune function for gastrointestinal tract polyp patients.
