小剂量来氟米特片治疗类风湿关节炎的长期效果研究

Study on the Long-Term Effect of Low-Dose Leflunomide Tablets in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的 研究类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis, RA)患者接受小剂量来氟米特片治疗的效果。方法 非随机选取松桃县人民医院于2021年7月—2023年7月收治的86例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,按照用药治疗方式不同分为对照组、观察组,各43例。对照组患者应用甲泼尼龙片治疗,观察组应用小剂量来氟米特片治疗,比较两组患者关节压痛与肿胀改善情况、疼痛程度与关节活动度、晨僵时间与健康评估评分(Health Assessment Questionnaire-Disability Index, HAQ)以及C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein, CRP)水平。结果 观察组治疗后的关节压痛个数为(9.06±3.03)个,优于对照组(10.95±4.67)个,差异有统计学意义(t=2.226,P<0.05)。观察组的疼痛程度与关节活动度情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的晨僵时间、HAQ、CRP均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 对RA患者进行治疗时,应用小剂量来氟米特片的方式,可以有效改善患者的关节症状情况,减轻患者的疼痛感与不适感,提升患者的整体评价结果。

Objective To study the effect of low-dose leflunomide tablets in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of eighty-six patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in Songtao County People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with forty-three cases in each group.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone tablets,and the observation group was treated with low-dose leflunomide tablets.The improvement of joint tenderness and swelling,pain degree and joint mobility,morning stiffness time and Health Assessment Questionnaire-Disability Index(HAQ)and C-reactive protein level(CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results The number of joint tenderness in the observation group after treatment was 9.06±3.03,better than that in the control group 10.95±4.67,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.226,P<0.05).The degree of pain and joint mobility in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The morning stiffness time,HAQ and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treat-ment of RA patients,the application of low-dose leflunomide tablets can effectively improve the joint symptoms of pa-tients,reduce the pain and discomfort of patients,and improve the overall evaluation results of patients.
