开窗引流术治疗口腔颌面囊肿患者的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Window Drainage Surgery in the Treatment of Pa⁃tients with Oral and Maxillofacial Cysts

目的 讨论分析对口腔颌面囊肿患者实施基于开窗引流术治疗的临床疗效。方法 非随机选取2022年6月—2023年7月枣庄市立医院收治的70例口腔颌面囊肿患者作为本研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,每组35例,参比组通过临床的常规囊肿刮除术手段加以进行疾病干预,研究组开展开窗引流术实施治疗,对比其临床效果、囊腔面积及体积减少情况、并发症发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率明显高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、3、6个月,研究组的囊腔面积及体积减少率比参比组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。参比组并发症发生率为17.14%(6/35),高于研究组的2.86%(1/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.968,P<0.05)。结论 口腔颌面囊肿患者行开窗引流术治疗效果确切,能够有效减少囊腔面积及体积,且并发症较少,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical efficacy of window drainage based treatment for patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts.Methods Seventy patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts admitted to Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from June 2022 to July 2023 were non-randomly selected as the subject of this study.They were divided into two groups by different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received dis-ease intervention through clinical conventional cyst scraping surgery,while the study group received window drainage surgery for treatment.The clinical effects,reduction of cyst volume and area,and occurrence rate of complications were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after operation,the area and volume reduction rate of the cystic cavity in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared to the control group 17.14%(6/53),the study group had a lower inci-dence of complications 2.86%(1/53),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.968,P<0.05).Conclusion Win-dow drainage surgery is effective in treating patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts,which can effectively reduce the area and volume of the cyst cavity,and has fewer complications,which has good clinical application value.
