摘要
目的 探究小儿肺炎行盐酸氨溴索+阿奇霉素治疗的价值。方法 非随机选取2022年9月—2023年9月临沂市人民医院收治的106例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为单药组、综合组,均有53例,前一组行阿奇霉素治疗,后一组增加盐酸氨溴索治疗,比较两组炎症因子水平、肺功能、临床疗效。结果 治疗后综合组C反应蛋白低于单药组,白介素4、白介素10高于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后综合组肺功能指标优于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后综合组有效率为98.11%(52/53),高于单药组的84.91%(45/53),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.950,P<0.05)。结论 盐酸氨溴索+阿奇霉素的方案对炎症有较好消除效果,可迅速恢复肺功能,其有效性高,可在小儿肺炎治疗中使用。
Objective To explore the value of ambroxol hydrochloride and azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods 106 children with pneumonia in Linyi People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a single drug group and a comprehen-sive group by different treatment methods,with 53 cases in each group.The former group received azithromycin treat-ment,while the latter group received ambroxol hydrochloride treatment.Inflammatory factor levels,lung function,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,C-reactive protein was lower in the comprehensive group than that in the single drug group,while interleukin 4 and interleukin 10 were higher in the com-prehensive group than those in the single drug group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function indicators in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the single drug group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate was 98.11%(52/53)in the comprehensive group,higher than 84.91%(45/53)in the single drug group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.950,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ambroxol hydrochloride and azithromycin has a good anti-inflammatory effect and can quickly restore lung function.Its effectiveness is high and can be used in the treatment of pediatric pneumo-nia.
