熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Ursodecholic Acid Capsules Combined with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine in the Treatment of Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy

目的 探讨在熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合应用多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床疗效。方法 目的选取巫山县人民医院于2020年10月—2023年10月收治的78例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者为研究对象,根据不同的用药方案进行分组,分为研究组和对照组,各39例。对照组为熊去氧胆酸胶囊单一用药,研究组为熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合应用多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液。对比两组患者的疗效、症状改善情况、肝功能指标、不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.87%(37/39),高于对照组的79.49%(31/39),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05)。研究组患者瘙痒症状评分较对照组低,黄疸与瘙痒症状消失时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在肝功能方面,治疗后两组患者均明显改善,且研究组改善较对照组更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 联合使用熊去氧胆酸胶囊与多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症可有效缓解临床症状,改善肝功能,治疗效果较好,对提高母婴健康水平具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ursodecholic acid capsules combined with polyene phos-phatidylcholine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods Seventy-eight cases of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy admitted to Wushan County People's Hospital from October 2020 to Octo-ber 2023 were purporsefully selected as the study subjects.According to different medication regimens,they were di-vided into study group and control group,thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group was treated with Urso-decholic acid capsules alone,and the study group was treated with Ursodecholic acid capsules combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine.The curative effect,symptom improvement,liver function index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.87%(37/39),which was higher than 79.49%(31/39)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05).The pruritus symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of jaundice and pruritus symptoms were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).In terms of liver function,the two groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment,and the improvement advantage of the study group was more obvious than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Ursodecholic acid capsules and polyene phosphati-dylcholine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve liver function,and has a good therapeutic effect,which is of great significance to improve the health of mothers and in-fants.
