口腔根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Oral Root Canal Therapy on Acute Pulpitis

目的 分析口腔根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2018年7月—2023年7月扬州市江都人民医院收治的86例急性牙髓炎患者的临床资料。根据不同治疗方法分为两组,每组43例。对照组给予传统药物治疗,研究组采用口腔根管治疗术。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛消失时间、炎症消退时间、疼痛程度评分、炎症因子水平。结果 研究组总有效率为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的76.74%(33/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.455,P<0.05)。研究组疼痛消失、炎症消退时间短于对照组,疼痛程度评分低于对照组,炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 急性牙髓炎应用口腔根管治疗术可减轻疼痛度及减少炎症因子水平,提高临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of oral endodontics in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods The clinical data of eighty-six cases of acute pulpitis patients admitted to Jiangdu People's Hospital in Yangzhou City from July 2018 to July 2023 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with forty-three cases in each group.The control group was given traditional medication,and the study group used oral endodontics.The clinical efficacy,time of pain disappearance,time of inflammation subsidence,pain score,and level of inflammatory factor were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 76.74%(33/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.455,P<0.05).The time for pain disappearance and inflammation subsidence in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the pain level score was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of inflammatory factors were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of oral endodontics in acute pulpitis reduces the pain level and decreases the level of inflammatory factors and improves the clinical outcome.
