坚固内固定联合牵引复位固定术治疗口腔颌面部创伤性骨折的有效性及安全性分析

The Effectiveness and Safety Analysis of Rigid Internal Fixation Combined with Traction Reduction and Fixation for the Treatment of Traumatic Fractures in the Oral and Maxillofacial Regions

目的 探讨口腔颌面部创伤性骨折分别采用坚固内固定术、牵引复位固定术治疗的有效性和安全性。方法 非随机选取2021年1月—2023年10月盐城市口腔医院收治的50例口腔颌面部创伤性骨折患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采用坚固内固定术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加牵引复位固定术治疗。比较两组的临床有效率、咀嚼功能、并发症的发生情况。结果 观察组的临床总有效率为96.00%(24/25),高于对照组的72.00%(18/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05)。观察组的咀嚼功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于口腔颌面部创伤性骨折的患者而言,联合牵引复位固定术与坚固内固定术相比,能够更有效地提高咬合力和咀嚼效率,并降低术后并发症风险,治疗效果更理想。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of oral and maxillofacial traumatic fractures treated with firm internal fixation and traction reduction fixation,respectively.Methods A total of fifty patients with oral and maxil-lofacial traumatic fractures admitted to Yancheng Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with twenty-five cases in each group.The control group was treated with firm in-ternal fixation,and the observation group was treated with traction reduction and fixation while implementing the treat-ment method of the control group.The clinical effective rate,masticatory function,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than 72.00%(18/25)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05).The masticatory function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients diagnosed with oral and maxillofacial traumatic fractures,combined traction reduction and fixation can improve bite force and chewing efficiency more effectively than rigid internal fixation,reduce the risk of postoperative complica-tions,and have a better treatment effect.
