乳腺癌肿瘤微环境与肿瘤转移及耐药机制的研究进展

Research Progress of Breast Cancer Microenvironment,Tumor Metastasis and Drug Resistance Mechanism

世界卫生组织的数据显示,乳腺癌已成为威胁女性健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一,且其发病率在我国呈逐年上升的趋势。研究表明,乳腺癌肿瘤微环境在疾病的发生和发展中起着关键作用,可能是促使肿瘤转移的重要因素,同时与其耐药性密切相关,进而影响乳腺癌的生物学特性。基于此,本文对乳腺癌肿瘤微环境与肿瘤转移及耐药机制的研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗的优化提供参考依据。

According to data released by the World Health Organization,breast cancer has become one of the leading malignant tumors threatening women's health,with its incidence rate showing a year-on-year increase in China.Re-search indicates that the tumor microenvironment of breast cancer plays a crucial role in the occurrence and develop-ment of the disease.It may be a key factor contributing to tumor metastasis and is closely associated with drug resis-tance,thereby influencing the biological characteristics of breast cancer.In light of this,this paper reviews the re-search progress on the tumor microenvironment of breast cancer,tumor metastasis,and mechanisms of drug resistance,aiming to provide a reference for optimizing clinical treatment strategies.
