平衡火罐联合功能锻炼在反射性交感神经性营养不良患者中的应用研究

Application research of balanced fire cupping combined with functional exercise in patients with reflex sympathetic dystrophy

目的探究平衡火罐联合功能锻炼对反射性交感神经性营养不良患者颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛和生活质量的影响。方法选取郑州市中医院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的102例反射性交感神经性营养不良患者,以不同干预方案将其分为对照组和研究组,各51例,对照组给予功能锻炼,研究组在对照组基础上联合平衡火罐疗法,比较两组干预效果、颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛及生活质量。结果研究组总有效率为98.04%,对照组总有效率为84.31%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组肩部肌筋膜压痛、活动性疼痛视觉模拟法(VAS)评分均较干预前下降,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组简易生活质量量表(SF-36)中生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、躯体疼痛、情感职能评分均高于干预前,且研究组各因子评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对反射性交感神经性营养不良患者实施平衡火罐联合功能锻炼,可提升干预效果,缓解其颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛程度,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of balanced fire cupping combined with functional exercise on neck and shoulder myofascial pain and quality of life in patients with reflex sympathetic dystrophy.Methods 102 patients with reflex sympathetic dystrophy admitted to Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group,with 51 patients in each group,using different intervention plans.The control group received functional exercise,while the study group received balanced fire cupping therapy on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects,neck and shoulder myofascial pain,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 98.04%,while that of the control group was 84.31%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the visual analog scale(VAS)scores for shoulder myofascial tenderness and active pain in both groups decreased compared to those before intervention,and the research group was lower than the control group,with difference of statistical significance(P<0.05);After intervention,the scores of physiological function,social function,mental health,physical pain,and emotional function on the SF-36 scale were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of each factor in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with difference of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing balanced fire cupping combined with functional exercise for patients with reflex sympathetic dystrophy can improve intervention effectiveness,alleviate their neck and shoulder myofascial pain,and improve their quality of life.
