脑卒中后失语症语义恢复的干预措施及进展

Intervention measures and progress in semantic recovery of aphasia after stroke

心脑血管疾病中脑卒中占比很高,失语症是脑卒中常见并发症之一,失语症的恢复依赖于语义的恢复,影响语义恢复的因素与听觉输入、视觉输入、记忆保持等因素有直接关联。本文将语义激活的语言康复治疗、非侵入式干预、药物干预、中医干预以及音乐干预等措施进行总结,采用不同的治疗方法激活脑语言区,改善语义系统功能,为失语症语义的功能恢复提供了有效的治疗手段。同时对临床应用声学技术结合传统语言治疗康复进行了阐述,并利用声学软件分析声学参数,判断出唇、舌位置及语音、音质的特征,分析出患者具体问题,为失语症患者的语义治疗提供了新的治疗手段与方法。

Stroke accounts for a high proportion in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and aphasia is one of the common complications of stroke.The recovery of aphasia depends on semantic recovery,with directly related to factors of auditory input,visual input,memory retention,etc.In this paper,language rehabilitation therapy,non-invasive intervention,drug intervention,traditional Chinese medicine intervention and music intervention with semantic activation were summarized,and different treatment methods were used to activate the brain language area.Improving the function of semantic system provides an effective treatment for the recovery of semantic function in aphasia.At the same time,the clinical application of acoustic technology combined with traditional speech therapy and rehabilitation was described in practice.Acoustic software was used to analyze acoustic parameters,determine the position of the lips and tongue,and the characteristics of speech and sound quality.Clinical problems were analyzed individually,aiming to provide new treatment methods and methods for semantic treatment of aphasic patients after stroke.
