某单位中青年男性超重及肥胖与血液生化指标异常及其聚集性的关系研究

Prevalence of overweight and obesity in young and middle-aged males and its relationship with the abnormal biochemical indexes and their clustering

目的分析某单位中青年男性超重肥胖与血液生化指标异常及其聚集性的关系。方法以某单位2019年1月至2020年12月至某机构体检的956名中青年男性为研究对象。根据体质指数(body mass index,BMI)分为正常BMI组、超重组和肥胖组。比较3组血脂异常、高尿酸血症、高血糖和转氨酶升高等生化指标异常检出率,多因素Logistic回归分析超重肥胖与生化指标异常及其聚集性的关联。结果某单位中青年男性超重率和肥胖率分别为36.72%和5.23%。相较正常BMI,超重和肥胖人群高尿酸血症、血脂异常和转氨酶升高的OR(95%CI)分别是1.638(1.207,2.221)VS 3.26(1.687,6.299)、2.609(1.819,3.743)VS 5.021(2.582,9.767)、1.975(1.359,2.869)VS 6.547(1.516,3.111)。超重/肥胖组人员具有1、2和≥3个生化指标异常的比例高于正常BMI组。调整年龄后,与正常BMI人员相比,超重/肥胖者具有1、2和≥3个生化指标异常的危险性分别是2.268(1.662,3.095)、4.691(3.166,6.95)和7.289(3.479,15.27)。结论中青年男性超重和肥胖增加高尿酸血症、血脂异常、转氨酶升高及多个生化指标异常聚集的危险性。

Objective To investigate the prevalences of overweight and obesity in young and middle-aged males and its relationship with the biochemical indexes and their clustering.Methods A total of 956 young and middle-aged males in a center during January 2019 and December 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into three groups according to the body mass index(BMI):normal BMI group,overweight group and obesity group.The abnormality rates of biochemical indexes in the three groups were calculated.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to access the association of overweight and obesity with biochemical indexes and their clustering characters.Results The prevalences of overweight and obesity in young and middle-aged male were 36.72%and 5.23%,respectively.In comparison to the normal BMI group,the odds ratios(OR)(95%confidence interval[CI])of hyperuricemia,dyslipidemia and transaminase elevating in overweight and obesity were 1.638(1.207,2.221)VS 3.26(1.687,6.299),2.609(1.819,3.743)VS 5.021(2.582,9.767)and 1.975(1.359,2.869)VS 6.547(1.516,3.111),respectively.The proportions of people with 1,2 and more than or equal to 3 abnormal biochemical indexes in overweight/obesity group were significantly higher than those of normal BMI group.After adjusting for age,the OR of people with 1,2 and more than or equal to 3 abnormal biochemical indexes in overweight/obesity group were 2.268(1.662,3.095),4.691(3.166,6.95)and 7.289(3.479,15.27),respectively.Conclusion Overweight and obesity increase the risk of hyperuricemia,dyslipidemia and transaminase elevating and their clustering in young and middle-aged males.
