吞咽康复训练联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑出血术后吞咽功能障碍患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Swallowing Rehabilitation Training Combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Swallowing Dysfunction After Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:分析吞咽康复训练联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑出血术后吞咽功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年6月—2023年7月枣庄市峄城区人民医院收治的96例脑出血术后吞咽功能障碍患者为研究对象,根据随机密闭信封法将其分为对照组和研究组,各48例。对照组采用补阳还五汤加减治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合吞咽康复训练。比较两组临床疗效、血清白蛋白(ALB)和前白蛋白(PA)水平及吞咽生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率97.92%高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,研究组ALB和PA水平、SWAL-QOL评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血术后吞咽功能障碍患者采用吞咽康复训练联合补阳还五汤加减治疗,有助于提高治疗有效率,改善患者营养状态,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of swallowing rehabilitation training combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with swallowing dysfunction after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 96 patients with swallowing dysfunction after intracerebral hemorrhage were selected from the Yicheng District People’s Hospital of Zaozhuang City,Shandong Province from June 2020 to July 2023.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random sealed envelope method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus or minus treatment,and the study group combined swallowing rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)levels and SWAL-QOL scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.92%,higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,ALB and PA levels and SWAL-QOL scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Swallowing rehabilitation training combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction is helpful to improve the efficiency of treatment,improve the nutritional status and improve the quality of life of patients with swallowing dysfunction after intracerebral hemorrhage.
