沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合达格列净治疗老年射血分数保留慢性心力衰竭患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Sackopatrol Valsartan Combined with Dagliagin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction

目的:分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合达格列净对老年射血分数保留慢性心力衰竭(HFpEF)患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2023年4月—2024年2月九江市濂溪区人民医院收治的92例老年HFpEF患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组采用常规疗法,研究组在对照组基础上采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合达格列净治疗。对比两组临床疗效、心功能指标、心肌损伤标志物水平、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.48%,高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左室射血分数均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径及左心室收缩末期内径、肌酸激酶同工酶及心肌肌钙蛋白T水平、C反应蛋白及白介素-6水平均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为10.87%,相较于对照组的17.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦片联合达格列净片可恢复老年HFpEF患者心功能,保护心肌细胞,控制炎症反应,具备一定的安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Sacubactril Valsartan combined with Daglipzin on elderly patients with ejection fraction preserving chronic heart failure(HFpEF).Methods:A total of 92 elderly HFpEF patients admitted to Lianxi District People’s Hospital of Jiujiang City from April 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the study group was treated with Sacubactril Valsartan combined with Daglizin on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes,myocardial injury markers,inflammatory factors and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.48%,higher than 78.26%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group;left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular end-systolic diameter,creatine kinase isoenzyme and myocardial troponin T level,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 levels were lower than before treatment,the study group were lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.87%,compared with 17.39%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sacubactril Valsartan tablet combined with Dagaglizin tablet can restore cardiac function,protect cardiomyocytes and control inflammatory response in elderly HFpEF patients,with certain safety.
