内镜下黏膜切除术与高频电刀切除术治疗肠息肉患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Endoscopic Mucosal Resection and High-Frequency Electrosurgical Resection in the Treatment of Patients with Intestinal Polyps

目的:比较内镜下黏膜切除术与高频电刀切除术治疗肠息肉患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月—2023年12月山东省第一康复医院收治的200例肠息肉患者的临床资料,按手术方式的不同分为对照组和研究组,各100例。对照组采用高频电刀切除术治疗,研究组采用内镜下黏膜切除术治疗,术后均随访3个月。比较两组的围手术期指标、并发症发生情况和生活质量。结果:研究组手术、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量多于对照组,研究组并发症发生率2.00%低于对照组的9.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,研究组世卫组织生活简易量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与高频电刀切除术比较,肠息肉患者采用内镜下黏膜切除术进行治疗,可缩短手术和住院时间,减少并发症,改善患者的生活质量,但术中出血量较多。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of endoscopic mucosal resection and high-frequency electrosurgical resection in the treatment of intestinal polyps.Methods:The clinical data of 200 patients with intestinal polyps admitted to the First Rehabilitation Hospital of patients with Shandong Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a control group and a study group according to different surgical methods,with 100 cases each.The control group was treated with high-frequency electrosurgical resection,while the study group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection.All patients were followed up for 3 months.Perioperative indexes,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of operation and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was more than that in the control group,the complication rate of the study group was 2.00%,which was lower than 9.00%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,all dimensions scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with high-frequency electrosurgical resection,endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of patients with intestinal polyps can shorten the operation and hospital stay,reduce complications,and improve the quality of life of patients,however,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was more.
