伤口造口护理小组干预在卧床患者压疮预防与治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Wound Stomy Nursing Group Intervention in the Prevention and Treatment of Pressure Sores in Bedridden Patients

目的:探究伤口造口护理小组干预在卧床患者压疮预防与治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月武汉市第七医院收治的200例长时间卧床患者为研究对象,按数字随机表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用伤口造口护理小组干预。比较两组压疮发生情况、压疮知识知晓情况、护理满意度、临床指标、负面情绪、舒适度及生活质量。结果:观察组压疮发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的9.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组压疮知识知晓情况评分及护理满意度评分均高于对照组,住院时间及压疮愈合时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,Kolcaba的简化舒适状况量表、健康调查简表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伤口造口护理小组干预方法可显著改善长时间卧床患者的生活质量和负面情绪,降低压疮发生率,缩短压疮愈合时间和住院时间,提高患者对压疮知识的知晓情况、舒适度和护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of wound stomy nursing group intervention in the prevention and treatment of pressure sores in bedridden patients.Methods:A total of 200 patients with prolonged bed rest admitted to Wuhan Seventh Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,the observation group was treated with wound stomy nursing group.The incidence of pressure ulcers,knowledge of pressure ulcers,nursing satisfaction,clinical indicators,negative emotions,comfort and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 9.00%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the length of hospital stay and healing time of the pressure ulcer were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale,the self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of Kolcaba simplified comfort status scale and health survey brief form were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention method of wound stomy nursing group can significantly improve the quality of life and negative emotions of patients in bed for a long time,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers,shorten the healing time and hospital stay of pressure ulcers,and improve the knowledge of pressure ulcers,comfort level and nursing satisfaction of patients.
