综合护理干预在四肢创伤骨折患者术后疼痛护理中的应用分析

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Postoperative Pain Nursing of Patients with Traumatic Fracture of Extremities

目的:分析综合护理对四肢创伤骨折患者术后疼痛的干预效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年2月九江市都昌县人民医院收治的60例四肢创伤骨折患者为研究对象,按抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预。比较两组的疼痛缓解效果、骨折愈合时间与住院时间、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组的疼痛总缓解率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的骨折愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组生活质量综合问卷-74各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理能提高四肢创伤骨折患者疼痛缓解总有效率,缩短骨折愈合时间,有助于患者早日出院,提升其生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain in patients with traumatic fracture of extremities.Methods:A total of 60 patients with traumatic fracture of limbs admitted to Duchang People’s Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The pain relief effect,fracture healing time and hospital stay,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total pain relief rate in the observation group was 93.33%higher than 73.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can improve the total effective rate of pain relief in patients with limb trauma fracture,shorten the healing time of fracture,help patients to leave hospital early,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
