Analysis and practice of pressure test optimization based on marine boiler repair

船舶锅炉试压检验是船舶维修的必检项目,目前锅炉的试压检验存在锅炉人孔、手孔的密封性难以保障和锅炉管泄漏定位不精准问题。针对此类问题,文章通过分析和研究,设计出一套现场镗加工工装解决锅炉人孔、手孔的密封性,设计一套检测工装用以快速定位锅炉管泄漏位置,提高了修复效率。

Pressure test of marine boiler is a mandatory inspection item in ship repair,which is currently fac-ing problems including difficulties in guaranteeing the tightness of the manhole and handhole and inaccuracy of leak-age positioning of boiler tube.In view of such problems,by analysis and research,this paper designed a set of on-site boring tooling to guarantee the tightness of the boiler manhole and handhole,and a set of testing tooling for quick positioning of boil tube leakage to improve repair efficiency.
