摘要
文章结合超高压水的特性以及高架车的性能,通过对伸缩弹性支架、连接支架、除锈头、高架车的结构安全性分析,介绍了超高压水除锈技术中一种高架车除锈装置的设计与研究。改进设计的超高压水高架车除锈装置的伸缩弹性支架、弹性伸缩除锈头能够增加设备可承受的侧向力上限。结果表明,改进后的结构装置,能有效避免锈头与船体间的随机浮动压紧,提升了除锈头自动贴合程度,提高除锈作业的安全性以及便捷性。同时避免了传统打砂除锈产生的扬尘、有害气体等不利于海洋环境保护的次生危害且具备良好经济性。
This paper combines the characteristics of ultra-high pressure water and the performance of elevat-ing vehicles,and introduces the design and research of an elevating vehicle derusting device in ultra-high pressure water derusting technology by analyzing the structural safety of telescopic elastic bracket,connecting bracket,de-rusting robot,and elevating vehicle.The improved design of the ultra-high pressure water derusting device with the elevating vehicle includes a telescopic elastic bracket and an elastic telescopic derusting robot,which can increase the upper limit of the lateral force that the equipment can withstand.The results show that the improved structure can effectively avoid the random floating and pressing between the derusting robot and the hull,improve the automatic fitting degree of the derusting robot,and enhance the safety and convenience of the derusting operation.Meanwhile,it avoids secondary hazards such as dust and harmful gases in traditional derusting by sandblasting,which are not conducive to marine environmental protection,and have good economic efficiency.
