摘要
文章针对Ω驱动器在运转过程中反转失控的的故障,通过对电气控制系统、离合器片的间隙与液压控制系统的检测与排查,进行测试后做出分析,判断是偏压阀与正转皮托阀体控制油压不稳定引起该故障的原因,分别对2个阀件进行拆检与测试,发现偏压阀阀体内部油孔堵塞,对其进行疏通清洗,排除了故障。
Aiming at the failure of driver reversing out of control during operation,this paper analyzed by in-specting and testing the electric control system,the gap of the clutch plate and the hydraulic control system,and concluded that the reason for the failure was the unstable control of oil pressure of bias valve and positive rotating pi-tot valve body.After disassembling and testing the two valves respectively,it turns out that the blocked oil hole in the valve body of the bias valve caused the failure.This paper solved the failure by dredging and cleaning the oil hole.
